Overnight Stays = $7/student/day

Day program = $5/student

DEEC is a Department of Education & Training site, so we are able to offer subsidised prices for NSW Public Schools.

Charges are to cover staffing, so rates refer to each day that staff are in attendance. For example a 2-day stay with one overnight is $14/student.

There is no charge for accompanying teachers or supervisors (up to 6).

Visiting groups will be charged for any breakages and damages to buildings, facilities and equipment.

Transport and food costs are the responsibility of the visiting group. (Catering can be arranged.)

Female students must be accompanied by a female teacher.

A First Aid certificate is required by one of the visiting teachers.

*If extra staff needs to be employed by DEEC on the day that you wish to attend, your school will need to cover this cost. This can occur if DEEC staff are already allocated to a school previously booked, or if you are bringing a large group.
